A Stonewood Homes Waikato franchisee goes in liquidation as a result of less building activity and not paying their franchise fees.
Ajit Singh has had three companies go into liquidation in the past month. During his 17-year career in franchising and hospitality, Singh was an area manager for Burger King, Restaurant Brands Ltd and Nando’s, and operations manager for Mad Mex NZ. Singh’s wife Nav, a real estate agent, was also heavily involved in the business.
